HEP wants us to pay more attention to the social media and cementing our relationship with our paid \u201cvolunteers\u201d in the islands. After today\u2019s meeting with Nazim he is more comfortable with us. HEP hinted that he was doing a great job at his ministry and you will ask him to continue. He seemed to like that idea. Jameel just spoke to Hassan and they agreed we must have a Plan B & C. In order to force another round, couple of things came to my mind. MDP cannot win, without the major 8\/10 islands. If we can ask some of our volunteers to join MDP and wear their stuff for the next 45 days and hang around with their folks, we can ask them to cast some extra ballots in public, take pictures and let them confess, so the EC will be forced to null and void, at least those regions, making it short for them to win. This will delay the process. I can find some in Male. Jameel can get some hands in GN. You guys must discuss this with volunteers and get this organized. Influential council members must be the best. Plan C is to make sure Qasim will hate Nasheed and will never join them. We can use some of our adhaalath contacts and grease their palms. Watch out for Umar, he can still stir the pot.<\/p>\n

Have looked into all legal avenues to shut down Raajje Tv and there are many ways we could do that, but politically it would be inappropriate and risky to shut them down with VTv up in the air. Nazim and Hamdhoon will arrange necessary commotion. We decided to shut both of them and let the courts allow VTv after a short suspension. We must detain senior management, newscasters and technical people until few days or even hours before the election. We can obtain permission to extend their detention.
