It\u2019s the same thing in Iceland. If you\u2019re from a small country and you feel like you\u2019re on the outside, people get really self-conscious. It\u2019s a way to fit in. If you\u2019re geographically on the outside, you study the rest of the world because you feel isolated and you want to communicate. So it\u2019s kind of sweet. I think people in Sweden are very aware of what they look like. It\u2019s something that develops when you are insecure in your culture.
