It was an unfortunate and a disturbing news to hear that the Deputy Minister in charge of DNR has authorized issuing ID Cards without the hologram because they ran out of stock. It is irresponsible and plainly stupid to compromise the security and integrity of the National ID Card, just for the sake of issuing it. If there is no stock, then just stop issuing them.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
