We may even be killed
But our ideology can no longer be wiped off\u00a0
We will return
To bring good government for our people
Our determination will not sway, our courage will not falter
We are the Maldivian Democratic Party
We set out for change
We shall continue our struggle
This country will once again see a government that\u2026
\u2026has the people\u2019s love, respect and consent
That will be a government led by the Maldivian Democratic Party
A democratic government, a just government
A government that will take us to safer shores
A government that will bring prosperity
A government that will connect us through a transport network
A government that will not force the people to beg for healthcare
That is the good government that we long for
One which will guarantee a decent life for all
