I never decide if an idea is good or bad until I try it. So much of what gets in the way of things being good is thinking that we know. And the more that we can remove any baggage we\u2019re carrying with us, and just be in the moment, use our ears, and pay attention to what\u2019s happening, and just listen to the inner voice that directs us, the better. But it\u2019s not the voice in your head. It\u2019s a different voice. It\u2019s not intellect. It\u2019s not a brain function. It\u2019s a body function, like running from a tiger.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

In this interview<\/a>,\u00a0legendary producer and Def Jam Records co-founder Rick Rubin<\/strong>\u00a0echoes the same sentiment many of history\u2019s greatest scientists have articulated: intuition is essential to creativity<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n
